Based on my last visit to Moe’s, you can also get free food poisoning.

The deal —
– It IS for one cup of Queso WITH any purchase
– Chips and salsa come with anything, (but sounds as if you get them only at the store itself, serve yourself).
– If you create a new account at any time (or get their app, not sure), you get 1 cup of Queso for signing up.
– You also get a free burrito on your birthday when you register.
– You CANNOT place an order online and pay when you get to the store. AFTER creating an account, OR order without an account, and have an order ready to place, you MUST PAY at that time with a credit card.
– IF the order is less than $ 7, then you cannot place an order online.

I really wanted to try it, but bailed since I wasn’t picking the order up myself. Glad I bailed — “…an hour wait”?? Really?

Incorrect. No purchase necessary. I do this every year and have never had to purchase anything.

Get there early folks. I’ve been hearing that you’ll get 1 hour wait times.

Order online. On their website, they said if you order online, you can get the free queso. I’ll order before I leave the office today!

Is it just free Queso or free chips as well?

Queso and chips. Trust me. This is an annual tradition of mine.

I hit 3 moes today and didn’t have to wait a single bit at any of the locations (maybe bc it was 12:30 pm, 4:00 pm, and 4:15 pm).

In years past, I can’t recall ever waiting more than a few minutes (aka no worse than a regular moe’s visit).

I did see the line at the 3rd Moe’s grow to around 6-8 people right at 5 pm. So basically your normal evening rush for dinner.
