doesnt work with phones, toothbrushes and shaves, those are multi hundred dollar items but not excluded in T&C specifically, but they refuse to accept coupon

How do I get this discount? I didn’t get an email and I don’t see a banner when I log in. I took a random toy to checkout and there’s no discount.

I went to Best Buy app, scrolled on home page to bottom where it said “my Best Buy offers”, tapped that, then saw this toy deal with activate button. Worked on $50 lightsaber.
