- but doesn’t say what those details are so most likely you’ll need to go into a branch to find out. Branch locations here.
The Fine Print

- All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them
Avoiding Fees
Account has no monthly service fee, account also needs to be kept open for six months otherwise you will forfeit the bonus. An inactivity fee of $5 will be charged for each month when there is no activity on the account for the previous three months and the average daily balance falls below $750.
Our Verdict
Quite a few requirements for the bonus but nothing that should be too difficult (except we don’t know what triggers the direct deposit requirement apart from payroll). If anybody finds out more information, please share it in the comments. For now I haven’t added it to our list of the best bonuses due to the tiny area it services.
