Received the following credit on all my cards that took advantage of the Nike/Jifiti offer all at once:

Aug3 AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY – NEW YORK -$10.00

Same for me. Seems they had to manually adjust.

Contacted Amex.
The chat rep and supervisor were acting super bone-headed just regurgitating the T&C and making me wait 90 days even when the supervisor acknowledged that Jifiti, the merchant for NIke gift cards, was added manually later to the system. It looks like Jifiti wasn’t added to the Amex Offer system initially, so it didn’t trigger the Amex Offer.
What’s frustrating is I don’t need manual credit now. I just wanted an investigation. But even when the supervisor knew something was awry, he decided to just tell me to wait 90 days period instead of proactively trying to resolve it. Did he really think after 90 days my credit would automatically appear when it wasn’t even properly triggered from the beginning?
This was a disappointing experience.

I think they had the same (or similar) issue with the Saks offer a couple months ago. It cleared up after a few weeks. I assume they will get this corrected as well. But I have been frustrated with it as well.

Have you tried calling Jifiti? I may try that on Monday to see what they have to say.

Chat with rep, told me Card Members with more than 1 eligible Card associated with their online account will only have the option to add the offer to 1 of the Cards. So, she gave me a one-time $10 credit althought I used these offer for 11 of my cards.

Holy heck. Have the Nike deal on a few cards, and was planning on using it on all of them. Tested it with one, due to the issues being reported… Sure enough, didn’t get the confirm e-mail & the credit didn’t post. Just chatted with a rep – first, he tried to tell me that the offer wasn’t on the card I used, even though I was logged in, and staring right at it. Then he tried to tell me that I bought the gift card on the wrong website, even though I actually clicked the link IN my offers to buy the gift card!! In the end, he went to a manager, and came back with “great news” that they would comp me the $10 this time (?!?!?!). I could use the Nike gift cards for back-to-school shopping, but not sure if it’s worth a 20 minute chat session on each card to save the money!!!

Anyone got their $10 back with the Nike offer? Just added this to all six cards, but not going to bother if it’s a failed offer.

got the $10 credit from “american express comnew york” today, must have been manually done, the offer credits usually list the merchant they were for..

Contacted an Amex rep and they would look into it, said it would take 3-5 business days. Still haven’t received the $10 for the offer though.

Also no “email confirm” with nike. I only did one though… so no big deal. But i hate doing these deals if we have to actually contact amex it’s a pain in the ass.

Do ebags gift cards qualify? I purchased a $75 ebags gift card, shows up as ebags in Colorado but didn’t receive any emails or credit yet.
