Reader Qi points out “You can do the same but on the fare of a ride the previous month (within 30days) – change the payment method from a credit card to uber cash to use this month’s amex plat uber cash on a fare from the previous month.”
Reddit user SquareImperfect has shared a tip for unused monthly rideshare credits (e.g American Express Delta Gold). If for some reason you’re unable to use the credit that month you can add an extra tip for a previous ride that was up to 30 days in the past. Not as good as the Instacart tip where you can donate unused credits to charity but better than it going to waste entirely. Have any other good uses for unused credits?
