Avoiding Fees
By meeting the bonus requirements, you also receive free checking for the year (normally a $2 fee applies). I wasn’t able to find the full fee schedule so I’m unsure if there is any early account termination fee, but you should be able to just avoid any by keeping it open for the full first year anyway.
Our Verdict
Nice that there aren’t any monthly fees to worry about, but I think the requirements are too high for a bonus that is for only a $100 Visa gift card to really be worth it. I won’t be adding it to our list of the best checking sign up bonuses because of this.
