Plaza Premium has a lounge rewards program that used to be called Arrture, late last year they changed the name to Smart Traveller and also made changes to earning & redeeming points. Points earning now looks as follows:
Previously you’d earn a flat 100 points per visit. On the redeeming side previously you could redeem 2,000 points for a free three hour visit, that now costs 2,500 points. They have added some additional redemption options as follows:
- Upgrade to Plaza Premium First in Hong Kong for 1,500 points
- One hour visit to a Plaza Premium Arrivals lounge at London Heathrow for 1,800 points
- Universal travel adaptor for 1,800 points
- Three hour lounge visit at participating lounges for 2,500 points
- Three hour lounge visit to Plaza Premium First in Hong Kong for 4,000 points
- Three hour booking in a Plaza Premium airport resting suite at participating locations for 4,000 points
