FYI, It seems they pulled this promo. I do not see the coupon (for new account) and cannot access any coupons in the Gift Card category. If anyone has a work around please post. Thank you.
Isn’t the discount outweighed by the GC fee? I’d you really wanted a gift card as a gift I guess the discount is good, but as a mechanism for a real discount, how does this work?
No, the $10 more than covers the fee.
ok maybe someone can help me here. I went to the publix site, logged in I clipped the coupon for the mastercard GC but i cant figure out how to get it to the cart. Does this only work in the store or am i missing something here. Thanks in advance for any tips you can give me

Publix still works with 200’s did a few today
The problem with the recent Acme gift card promos are that they exclude the $200s, so you have to pay more in fees and then deal with a low-denomination GC. Hopefully the Publix promos still work with the $200s.

It seems Happy Guys cards are excluded from the Publix promo, don’t see them at all.
On a similar promo at OfficeDepot, I bought a few Happy cards that were usable at Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond. I had hoped to “convert” these cards at those stores to Amazon GCs and then (in addition to buying stuff) buy whatever GCs I wanted from Amazon. But neither the Home Depot store nor the BB&B store I went to carried Amazon. Is that true nationwide? Both stores were happy to sell me gift cards with these gift cards — I didn’t try to buy a Visa GC at BB&B, it seemed like it might be awkward paying in $50 Happy increments. But it seems like these cards are less useful if its awkward and difficult to turn them into a “cash equivalent.” Also, there’s essentially no security on the cards (card number, exp. date and CVV are all exposed on the package), so it doesn’t seem like a good card to hold.
