Our Verdict
Interesting that it can be done every month. Obviously a fantastic deal if you’re buying the beer anyway and even better if you live in a state where the alcohol purchase is not required. We saw a similar deal last year.

I’ve been doing these offers for 2 years and something has changed in how these rebates are processed or I’ve been blacklisted.
I had all 4 submissions rejected in March and April. They are even rejecting the “buy a 0.0 six-pack”, get $10″ submission, which is very simple and doesn’t involve any supporting grocery purchases. Will be forced to email them and try to extract more info than the mundane “We’re sorry, your submission did not qualify for this rebate.” that the tracker site gives.
Me too! I emailed them to see what the issue is.
Anyone received rebates recently?
Submitted one early February and March, still nothing.

Took a little over 6 weeks for me. I liked the old processor better when I would often see the Venmo the next day!
Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that I received my $20 today via Venmo. It took only 5 weeks from the time I uploaded the receipt. (January 19th 2025 upload date)
Got the $20 today in Paypal, took 7 weeks from upload of receipt to deposit.
Make sure the purchase price is circled – is that something new?
i remember that on a previous heineken rebate (need to circle purchase price of beer)

I bought my beer but found that WA is excluded.
Not a big disappointment, I need a beer in any case.
Status site continued to say no submission found on my upload over a week ago so emailed them and got:
Thank you for contacting Heineken Rebate Center.
We have received your submission and it’s in processing.
It can take up to four weeks from submission date to show in the online lookup, and an additional four weeks once the rebate is sent out for you to receive it.
Wonder why four weeks for me to receive the rebate if it is going to my Paypal account?
They’re very slow to process
Will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the money
Seems like they are off to a slow start again, I haven’t been paid for any of my 2025 submissions yet.
I do see them all in rebate tracker now, at least.
