Update: Alaska is offering 5x miles, United is offering 4x miles. TCB now offering 10% back as well, although TCB doesn’t show the EVERYTHING promo code
Update 9/30/19: Deal is back and valid until Expires 9/30/19 11:59PM CST. This time no 8% via Topcashback, but might be worth waiting until later in the day to see if they offer anything similar.
Update: Stack this Raise discount with the Topcashback shopping portal which is offering 8% cashback on gift card purchases from Raise.com, today only, 9/27. They expressly include the promo code EVERYTHING to earn the 8% cashback, just be aware of the $5,000 lifetime limit. (hat tip to GCGalore)

Our Verdict
We posted earlier about a targeted $10 off $100 with promo code WIN10. This EVERYTHING offer is public and should work for anyone for $10 off $125.
You can try stacking this with a shopping portal, just keep in mind the lifetime limits there.
TCB is 10% for Raise right now. No indication of how long it will last.
The email I received from TCB says “Based on your favorite merchants, we’ve handpicked some limited time deals that we thought you’d like,” so it might be targeted. Also, TCB doesn’t say that it will stack with $10 off $125 which they usually do when it is stackable.
Don’t see the $10 off $125 promo code listed on Raise, might be risky whether it will track if promo is used…
I used TCB on Friday and it did not track. Used Alaska portal this morning (currently 5 miles per dollar) and I got tracking confirmation within 2 hours.
TCB owes me quite a bit of money. TCB claimed they paid me, but they didn’t. Today, I spent over an hour tracking what they paid versus money due. They owe me money.
Ebates resolves issues quickly when I have a tracking problem. I recently used British Airways, again, no problems. Both companies sent me notifications advising the payments tracked. TCB never did. I had to wait weeks, then repeatedly nudge them, then nudge them again. Google TCB and see the issues on the internet.
File a CC dispute on Raise if you don’t give you cashback
I used the code multiple times and its working. Just to let everyone know.
Not working for me the second time
My last raise transaction didn’t track and claim came back and said sorry after few months.
Same case recently with home Depot 8% cashbacks on a big ticket purchase.. didn’t track and filed a claim ..still waiting
2/2 misses for me with TCB
Never had issues with ebates or befrugal in last 5-6 years..
TCB is the only one that gives me issues and rejects manual claims every time. I’d rather not bother with them.
.
Just scored 2 Shell gas cards $11 off
Have most people who have used topcashback actually had their raise purchases track? I read comments on topcashback and most of the time people say you have to fight with them to get your money.
Raise has always tracked for me
Ive had almost every transaction tracked and the 2 that didn’t i filed a claim and within a week they added it to my account
I have used them a lot and only had a problem a very few times. I have only once contacted them for a transaction that didn’t track. That was resolved quickly.
Up until 2 orders ago, Raise tracked for me every time on TCB. Then, during a 14% (I think) back promo, didn’t track. Opened a claim, been over a month now, still nothing. Then I did the most recent Raise TCB promo last week. Again, didn’t track. Still waiting a little longer to open that claim. I’m nowhere near the earning limit, btw.
Given all that, and given so many people’s experiences here, I think I’m done with TCB. I can’t be chasing them all the time.
Mine had been tracking fine until the last two times. Neither of my last two purchases tracked, including the other day when they were running a 15% promo. I filed claims for both and heard nothing. Very disappointing.
Same thing with me. Raise through TCB was fine before, but last 2 promo periods I took advantage of – 1 in July and 1 in August – 5 purchases did not track. Waiting on a successful case resolution and praying 🙂
Mine always tracked, until I hit my $5K limit. Either I’m in the minority here, or folks who are satisfied and experience no problems disproportionately won’t say.
