Our Verdict
This is better than the 5% discounts they have been running, but it’s less flexible as you need to spend $200 to get the discount. Remember to use your Chase Freedom card and a mobile payment method in the Raise app if you haven’t maxed out your Freedom yet. Also, try using a shopping portal on the purchase. There’s usually a lifetime max of how much you can earn across all shopping portals on Raise purchases, but it can’t hurt to try.
