Meh, as a Delta shareholder, I am nonplussed. But that might explain why the flight attendant on my recent AA flight was extra surly)
Shareholder? Bah! Did you mention you’re a card holder? They’ll surely roll out the red carpet for you then, sire.
Heh, this is capitalism, baby. I would prefer my dividend to grow and thus I am not particularly excited about some random payouts to Delta employees. But I guess that concept is completely alien to you. I wonder if they will dock them two months of pay now that nobody really wants to fly with the new SARS scare)
Please note that Delta’s profit sharing is NOT shared with everyone who works Delta flights. The crew working the gates, handling your bags, and deicing your plane at a regional airport may very well be getting paid under $9/hr with no bonuses, and standby flight benefits that cost around 60% the price of a confirmed ticket after paying taxes/fees and imputed income.
but they’re airport employees, aren’t they?
Shh, don’t let logic holdback his argument.
What was my argument?
None of the gate agents or baggage handlers.
They are DGS employees which not great.
Stay by is Zed fare.

Spam.
That’s some legitimately great news for Delta and its employees. Well done.
Meanwhile at United… We got StarWars on our plane! smh.
Raise thing is weird. I guess they are talking specifically about the website as the app has had this functionality since I joined early 2019ish.
