I’m excited to hear more about SW routes to Hawaii. Really hoping Denver gets a non-stop but not holding my breath. I’m expecting no earlier than Dec 1 for flights. Even if they were ready with logistics and certified, they still need a few months for booking so the planes aren’t almost empty when they start flying.

ok guys. for the n00bs going crazy on BTC FOMO, i will say this again as a PSA:

DO NOT FAWKING USE BULGE BRACKET BANKS FOR CRYPTO. PERIOD.

they shut down accounts before and they wont hesitate to shut down more. if banks like chase can shut u down for being a porn star due to “reputational risk” then BTC is no different. so go use a damn CU. SMH…

I haven’t had any issues with Chase Checking > Gemini, but I wouldn’t ever use a credit card for that (at least, not at 5% and not one that I like). There were shutdowns in the past when Crypto was less mainstream, but I don’t think you’re at too much risk if you’re using a regulated US exchange to buy.

in the end, its always up to you. its just like MS. many DP about “ive done XXX and im still OK”. well its OK until its not. then youre like WTF. meaning its up to your risk tolerance. for MS, many dont give a shit about a certain banking relationship. but when it comes to crypto, they take your shit based on BSA AML KYC and civil asset forfeiture. no way do I take a chance like that. again, YMMV and its up to you. but its good that chase CEO Jamie Dimon got so much damn heat for his stupid ass comment on BTC that he went on record regretted calling bitcoin a fraud. yea. no shit.
