Our Verdict
According to Gift Card Wiki, GAP cards can be sold for 80% of face value to GiftCardZen & CardCash. This means that you’d break even when selling these gift cards, but keep in mind that you’ll also earn credit card points. Safeway should code as a grocery store, so this is an easy way to generate a lot of spend with no cost (apart from your time).
If you sell the cards online, then you can also sell them as other GAP brands (e.g GAP Kids, Old Navy, Banana Republic). SaveYa also has this 80% of face value rate for Banana Republic gift cards (remember you can easily use this post by Money Metagame to quickly see if SaveYa accepts digital gift cards or not).
