- $15 off $150+ on other Happy cards (e.g Happy guy)
- You can also get $5 off when you purchase two or more Best Buy gift cards. This one is targeted

- $50 minimum purchase
- Valid until December 19th, 2018 for happy giftcards and December 23rd, 2018 for others
Our Verdict
This is the second time Safeway has had these discounts on Happy gift cards I think. As always make sure to use a card that earns at a high rate on grocery store purchases.
