Purchased using Sam’s Club GCs. I bought them on Raise at a 2% discount going through MrRebates for 5% CB and paid with a 2% CB credit card for an extra 8.9% savings. I would assume that Walmart GCs should work fine as well (since Discover is offering 5% CB at Walmart.com this quarter), but haven’t tried using Walmart GCs yet to buy GCs on Sam’s Club’s website

Walmart GCs have the same numerical set as Sam’s. Interchangeable for both online and instore.

You assume correctly. I purchased a Walmart.com gift card w/ Discover’s 1st year CB match for 10% CB. My WMGC balance was less than price of gift card at Sam’s Club and would not drain in store. Added same card to Sam’s Club’s website and split purchase worked very simple!

It’s no longer days ago so it doesn’t do much good now. A lot of those 20% sold out quickly as well.

Thanks for the heads up DoC!

Meh, There are many cards on the market cheaper than this because of all the recent sales. Look for 80 and below.

These will be available online also, not just in club (if you don’t mind waiting/ don’t have a Sam’s Club nearby).

I have a few iTunes gift cards that I purchased for 32% off. Is there a way I can resell some of those at break even or better? It will take a while to use them naturally.

Most sites don’t accept them since there’s no way of checking the balance (ex. CardCash & CardPool). I’m able to sell on Raise as a bulk seller only by agreeing to certain terms. For instance, if a buyer says he/she purchased an iTunes gift card and it didn’t work Raise will debit my account to refund the buyer and then it can be a long process trying to show proof that my gift card did, in fact, have the correct balance. You MIGHT be able to sell them on Raise if you’ve sold a minimum amount with them before and agreed to terms, but idk for sure if they accept them from non-bulk sellers. Sometimes I’ll use this site to compare selling prices, as it’ll show the prices along the right side (https://www.giftcardwiki.com/gift-cards/iTunes). The only thing to keep in mind is that rates might not be fully accurate. For instance, GCW Trading Club is for bulk-sellers, CardKangaroo doesn’t buy GCs anymore, Raise says “your price + 12% fee” when it’s actually 15% fee. With GiftCardSpread you’re able to set a price and the company will either accept it or counter offer.
