Can anyone confirm the following:
1.) You have purchased an item that ISN’T on the list of 41 items
2.) You have received the $10 e-gift card
3.) You used the, “Pick up in Club” option to finalize your purchase.
If so please state the item purchased. I’d like to confirm that this has ACTUALLY been done without being forced to purchase 1 of the 41 items as I do not intend to make a purchase of 1 of those 41 items but will be spending more than $20 and would like to receive the $10 e-gift card for doing so. I also would like to know: I’m the second card holder and the main holder had ordered online but I haven’t, but I have made purchase in store. Do I still eligible for this offer?
I’m still waiting on the $20 e-gift card I was supposed to receive from the Refer-a-Friend bonus I signed up for in December (using DoC referral link). I just called them and put in a support ticket. Hopefully I’ll hear something in 3-5 business days.
Same with me. Even the amex offer hasnt been redeemed yet though amex said they resolve it
I got the Amex credit about five days after the transaction. The Sam’s Club person said the e-gift card normally takes up to 30 days (which the offer doesn’t specify), but it had been 26 days for me, so they put in the ticket anyway.
Update: I received the gift card exactly 30 days after signing up. There was a separate email from Member Services letting me know it had been sent, but they didn’t state whether they had made it happen as a result of my complaint, or if it was always going to arrive on day 30 regardless.

Didn’t work for me. I’m a new member (signed up with Amex offer) that’s never purchased online. Tried phone support and quick chat both denied me when I bought Turbo Tax premier. First both said such a promo didn’t exist and when I did then they said I had to purchase an item on the list. Then I showed them it said any item. It seemed like they were looking for a reason as it took chat awhile to get back to me then they said my order didn’t work as it had an instant savings on it… I don’t know if it would have even if I hadn’t had instant savings as it didn’t get sent to me automatically. It seems like they know about these links and don’t want to honor them.
Anyone knows the expiration date?

I think they will need to be shipped to be eligible, but not 100% sure.
Seems like this should stack with the AmEx offer to spend $30 get $15 back on Samsclub.com, right? Looks like this promo has more limitation but if you find something available for both that’s a sweet deal.

That’s more than six months so you should be fine. I assume you meant to say DIDN’T. If you have ordered something online since then, it’ll be from the last date you ordered online.
