Bob said below. I called the six Simon malls in my area, and, of those, only one has Guest Services open and operating during normal mall hours (including on weekends). The other five malls are only selling gift cards Monday through Friday during the business day out of the management office. In other words, if you have a regular daytime job, you will have a hard time taking advantage of this promotion.
Do you have a link to the official promotion? Went to two Simon malls (in OH) and Lowes NOT included. Please update post with correct information. One promotion that is current is $10 Visa when you are buying a $75 card of American Eagle, Dominos, Fanatics, JC Penny, Nautical. Oshkosh Bgosh, or Spa Finder.

I see three potential options to get 3rd party GC’s with Happy cards:
H. Holiday: for Lowe’s, but these cards are excluded in this promo
H. Her: for BBB (not many BBB carry external giftcards though)
H. Kid: for BB-Baby (see above)
Anyone else know about other/better options?
Also, still looking for the elusive ‘Happy Ending’ cards… 😉
Some BBBs around me (NYC area) have third party GCs including VGCs. On 11/19, I redeemed a Happy card for a VGC. YMMV depending on cashier.
Because we all had so much fun last year converting our discounted Happy cards to those eligible BBB gift cards which qualified for mail-in-rebate, only to have BBB later tell us that our purchases were ineligible and did not qualify for rebate. I’m not falling for that trap again!
The Lowe’s promo is pretty similar, get 2 $10 Lowe’s eGC when you buy 2 $50 Happy GCs, but their Happy Holidays card didn’t have a Lowe’s.
Can the Simon VGC be used anywhere like the regular VGC?
My experience was only one free gift card per day per promotion kind, so i can only get one free 10$ for buying lowes card and one free $15 visa card for buying happy card. Not sure they will relax the rule or rules change this year. I may only buy one of each regardless.
Is it has to be separate transactions for each $50 gift card?

For me, I’m a contractor, so I get all the discounted Lowes and HD cards I can find. For others, maybe because Lowes sells many other gift cards.
Because people bought a lot of stuff from home improvement these days. There is a type of happy card (holiday if my memory serve me well) still be a visa, have lowe’s and can be used to pay for 3rd gift card (of course ymmv with cashiers).
This would be new thing in their pos. Previously the Visa based happy card still can be used to buy 3rd gift card.

Do they add 10$ cards to cart once i add 50$ Lowe’s? i am not seeing it online or even in cart.
If you buy $100 in Lowe’s gift card, would you get 2 $10 gift cards or would you have to buy 2 separated $50 Lowe’s gift cards? I ask since I believe Lowe’s limits you online to 5 gift cards per order.
Last time I checked, there is no one representing cust. service in the Simon Mall/Outlet booths. How would one purchase the promotions?

I just can’t see going to the office to buy a few gift cards, to be honest. I would think the employees would rather not be running a gift card retail office. That is just my take on it all.
That’s where the cards are kept. That’s where the cc machine is. That is what they do.
