Singapore Airlines ‘Miles of Good’ Promotion (Miles For Essential Workers)

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Singapore Airlines is offering the ‘Miles of Good’ promotion. Singapore Airlines will be contributing 30 million miles to the program and are hoping to raise another 70 million miles to give away to essential workers. If you donate 1,000 or more KrisFlyer miles you can make a nomination of an essential worker to receive part of the miles raised.

Our Verdict

I can understand what Singapore Airlines is trying to do here, but donating 30 million miles when you’re trying to raise another 70 million miles just seems kind of cheap. I suspect most people are just going to donate 1,000 miles so they can nominate a friend or loved one which kind of defeats the purpose of the whole promotion.

” but donating 30 million miles when you’re trying to raise another 70 million miles just seems kind of cheap”

How much has trump donated? How much have the christians donated? How much have the US airlines donated? They instead are taking from the poor and calling it capitalism.

Trump was disbarred from operating a charity because he stole from his foundation.

Thank you singapore airlines.

And what exactly is being taken from the poor? I know people who aren’t paying a cent of income tax, receive “free” health care, snap (food) benefits, “free” university education, received a check for $1200 from the feds and the same “free” stuff for their kids (qualifying since the parents aren’t married). The more kids, the more “free” stuff.

You do have a point. However it’s also a pretty cold world view. I’d love to know how you treat these people that you say you know.

Didn’t expect this article to go political, but if anyone was gonna try, debit would bridge the gap. Still, quite a stretch. Let’s put it this way, if it were United trying to pull this off, then maybe, but Singapore?! They’ve hardly done anything wrong.

@debit. Maybe not everything has to do with trump and politics. If all you want to do (which it’s obvious you do) is want to bash on political figures and make up crap when the subject as about air miles, I hear that the comment sections on YouTube and reddit just might be perfect for your kind.

William’s point has nothing to do with politics. I love not having to read political stuff on this blog.
