This Dimensions / Reckitt Benckiser LLC entity is a spammer. Keeps sending marketing / affiliate spams in spite of unsubscribing from all of their “publications”, after they cancelled the “add-on” item that’s supposedly not eligible for free shipping of course.
I ordered a gift card, and my swagbucks came through (and our still there)
Just for the sake of the DP: Dimensions cancelled my order last month for reasons stated in other comments. Swagbucks paid me the 3500SB today, which happens to be the date the offer was originally supposed to credit. A true moneymaker.
I got the 3500 on 2 accounts today

My order has shown no movement at all.
Just got my Dimensions order cancelled. Their support emailed me to apologize and say they are only shipping orders that contain either 1 device + 3 refills, or 3 refills. In other words, only shipping orders that weren’t free after a $10 sitewide discount.
Expecting my pending SB to go away any time now.

Is it because I used the same computer? Nothing said one per household, did his by creating a new account using his credit card.
The only thing to do now is to wait 32 days, then complain to Swagbucks Customer Service. I’ve had good luck with getting them to correct issues like this manually after the 32 day waiting period is up. But, and this is very important, they have a new rule: “If you are not credited within 32 days of offer completion, you have 14 days to contact the Swagbucks Help Center for further investigation. Help Center tickets submitted after the 14 day grace period are not eligible for further investigation and SB.” So set a tickler to help you remember.

Get back 3500 SB for a $10-15 moneymaker. I bought one of the $25 ones because my daughter wanted a particular scent for her diffuser. 3500 SB tracking immediately.
Plus, as Adam pointed out above, you can buy a $10 e-gift card on the site for a $25 moneymaker. (Wish I had thought of that before placing my order.)

Yes, my offer was worded this way. I actually bought a $25 personalized scent because that is what my daughter wanted, so I cannot guarantee that the eGC would work. I am just going off Adam’s post above.
