Update 12/2/19: Now offering 4,250 Swagbucks and only costing $9.95 per month making this deal more profitable (although now need to stay subscribed for two months so works out about the same). Hat tip to David
The Offer
- Swagbucks is offering 3,600 Swagbucks when you sign up for IdentityForce. You get a 14 day free trial and then it’s $14.95 per month
The Fine Print
- SB will appear as Pending for 32 days.
- Must sign up for Identity Force UltraSecure or Identity Force UltraSecure+Credit to earn SB.
- Must enter valid sign-up information, including credit card information and SSN to earn SB.
- SB will be revoked for canceled or incomplete subscriptions.
- Offer may only be redeemed once (1) per user.
Our Verdict
My reading of the terms is that you should be able to cancel after the free trial, but it’s probably safer to pay for an additional month just to be sure. If you pay for a month for $15 this is still a $21 money maker. All that being said, the terms are somewhat vague so I’m not sure if it’s actually worth doing this offer or not. I’d probably be prepared to fight Swagbucks if it doesn’t post properly, because of that and the fact you need to give IdentityForce a lot of information I’ll be giving this offer a miss. If you’re new to Swagbucks then please read our review. You can also get a bonus of up to $13 by using a referral link.

I did this through Mypoints and the points never posted. Must I wait 30 days to submit a ticket even though everyone else is getting them posted quickly? It appears so since this was apparently a shopping merchant. Also, what would they accept as proof? There is no order number or email confirmation (other than the “Take Action Now”). Maybe a screen shot of the Protection Plan area of my account?
Anybody know if you actually have to stay subscribed for 32 days? Wondering if I can cancel on day 29 and still get the 4200, which is currently pending.
A small update: It is now $7.99 per month – so a bit better of a MM than before.
Don’t use swagbucks. They don’t honor their offers
YMMV apparently, I’ve done at least 25 offers or purchases through them this year and had exactly one issue with tracking and they credited the full amount within a day when I submitted a ticket.
My last 2 offers haven’t tracked (Vuse and LifeLock). Contacted customer support, both were instantly credited within a few days of opening a ticket.

This tracked instantly to Swagbucks for me 😀
8500 points = $56.67 if redeeming for a virtual Visa gift card.
I’m not seeing it on MyPoints. Anyone else still see it?
Tracked so far, no issue. Signed up for IdentityForce UltraSecure $7.99/mo tonight.
1. First, I cleaned Chrome cache, logged into Swagbucks.com, added SwagButton extension, searched for IdentityForce, signed up. Instant notification via e-mail from SB as soon as I entered my CC payment info.
Seconds after I got this e-mail from IdentityForce, “Complete your IdentityForce Registration”, I got this from SB:
Subj: Your SB are on the way
Thanks for discovering a great deal at Swagbucks! We see you made a transaction through Swagbucks for Identity Force Subscription valued at 4,250 SB. We wanted to let you know that your SB are pending until January 03, 2020.
2. I completed the rest of the IdentityForce registration , because I had my doubts they would continue billing if you don’t register, and/or nag me to do so.
3. Removed SwagButton extension from Chrome.
This should level me up to L6 on SB, baller status. LOL 💣
Update on the SSN situation. I just signed up for the $7.99 plan (no more free trail) which the terms state it qualifies. When I signed up I put basic info and CC info in. It processes the payment. I then received 2 emails. The first one asking me to complete the profile, and the 2nd stating my swagbucks are on the way. I plan on not completing the profile with my SSN and see if it still credits.
Same, but I did complete registration. I figured they may not finish processing the cc charge if you don’t, nor open your account. Banks do that with CC funding all the time… I wish you luck.
$26.52 profit IF SB tracks it properly….I might be that cheap but my SSN isn’t.
