Doesn’t work for me. Cashier said the coupon can’t apply when item price lower than the coupon

I’m actually pleased about this deal. BIC are my favorite pens and I’m so cheap that I even price compare when shopping for pens LOL. But, you have to go inside to get the $2 discount. Not worth risking COVID.

For some reason, I’ve had trouble redeeming coupons when the coupon discount is higher than the item. It never takes off the right price to make it free or it doesn’t take it off at all. Have to go to customer service to fix it every time. Haven’t had issues with actual free item coupons though.

ieatdogfood, does this happen when you’re buying another item as well?

I always have other items I am buying in free deals. Sometimes checkout registers go haywire if they see you are just getting the free item.

Nice! I’m sure a lot of readers here have their fair share of “free” hotel pens to last a lifetime on top of this lol.

Thanks for posting. Looks like in store only. Probably only makes sense to pick this up if you were planning on shopping at Target anyway.

You underestimate the joy some people get in spending $5 of gas and time to get something worth $1.75 for free.

Ha, thrill of the deal. Even happens to me once in a while…
