Had this offer randomly pop up on my amazon for various Duracell and Amazon batteries at different tiers (mainly 40% or 20%). Ended up getting Duracell 20 pack AAA batteries for around $8 after 40% off and tax, and after weirdly needing to change the seller to amazon
Poked around and I see it on Kind bars and a ~5 lb bag of hersheys candy (reeses, hersheys, kit kat). I could go for either….

All the 40% offers I see are supplements. Probably the same ones that are 90% off on rebate key.
I think this is for accounts that rarely use subscribe and save. Since I always use it nothing came up for me
