[Targeted] Amazon: Kindle Paperwhite For $69.99 ($50 Off)

The Offer

  • Amazon is offering some members $50 off a Kindle Paperwhite, making it $69.99. You must add the promo code KINDLE50 to get this deal

Our Verdict

CamelCamelCamel is showing the best price at $89.99, but pretty sure it’s been as low as $79.99 before. This is still $10 cheaper than that though. I have a Kindle Paperwhite and I love it, especially when travelling. Usually I’m reading one paper book at home and then another book on my kindle and then when I travel I use the Kindle exclusively. You can also grab some free books for it currently as well. Don’t forget to further save with Amazon by following this guide. I’m some what tempted to upgrade to the Oasis for the water proofing, but I can’t justify the price tag currently.

Strike out for me, but thanks for posting. Been trying to convince myself to get a Paperwhite for a while now, and this would have done it for me. Oh well. Hope a lot of people score on this.

I love my Oasis! I think it is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I am now reading much more and use the Kindle every day, so I think the cost is justified.

Thanks for this, I wasn’t targeted, but it’s good to see the price point for the future.

Thanks for the link! I had considered the Oasis but actually went with a Voyage when they had the refurbs for $119. It is a really great upgrade from the Paperwhite. I compared it to the Oasis and I think the like the feel of the Voyage more.

I upgraded from 2010 Kindle keyboard to this Kindle Paperwhite a few weeks ago when Amazon had it for $39.99 (price mistake). I’m happy with the new Kindle so far.

I may be old fashioned but an e Reader just can’t beat a real paper book which gives such a warm fuzzy feel and smell of paper & ink.

“The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase”

🙁

Maybe they’re only targeting people who have never bought a paperwhite before?
