Amex offer is the bunch of offer you see once you login. Both online and app. Each card had their own set of offers. Most cases same offer available on multiple cards but availed once per account.
Got targeted on my Blue Biz Plus. Was not available on Every Day and Green.

Amazon Business Prime card is also giving 5% AND 90 day parent terms. The benefit is usually either 5% OR 90 days that the card member can choose upon purchase
