Our Verdict
Late last month we reported on some cardholders receiving 0% APR offers. I thought that those offers would replace the regular spending offers, but it looks like Barclays has actually sent out both. This offer works out to be an extra 6.66% per $1 spent if you spend exactly $300 each month, so definitely worth doing if you’re not trying to meet the minimum spend requirements on other cards.
What Barclay cards are people getting this on?
They should just give up already.
I got this instead:
Subject: It’s bonus time for you!
When you use your Uber Credit Card this July, August and September and spend $300 or more on purchases each month, you’ll earn $25 in Uber Cash.
$900 spend for $25 that’s not even statement credit? Lol no thanks. Pass.
Did not get this on Arrival+ or JetBlue Plus.
I got email asking to spend 500 per month for 30 bonus
They want me to spend $1800/month in order to get the $20 statement credit. Thanks for nothing Barclays.
Anyone get this on a no-fee arrival card?
P2 and I have the no-fee Arrival cards. I received this offer, but P2 did not.
In my in-box, subject line was very card specific:
“Get up to $20 with your Frontier Airlines Mastercard(R)”
The sender in bold is Frontier Airlines Mastercard, with much lighter follow-on { [email protected] }
(ps, for first time in several years, I have no 0% b/t offers, but maybe if I show ’em spend over next three months, the b/t offers will return…. weird, but I’ll take it. )
Is this card specific? Can’t find it on my JetBlue plus card.
