Our Verdict

This offer should be showing somewhere in the Capital One login for those targeted. My understanding of the offer is that you shop $20+ through Capital One Offers portal within your Capital One login and then you get an extra $20 on top of the regular portal rewards. 

This is separate from the offer we’ve seen for a while to get $10 back with a $20 purchase at a few retailers like eBay, Lowe’s, Home Depot.
