Citi has started sending out targeted spending bonuses through January 31st, 2019. Offers must be activated and they have been sent out via e-mail. I believe the subject line is ‘ <name>, Use Your Citi Card to Earn Bonus ThankYou® Points on Eligible Purchases: It’s So Simple to Activate!’ although it will be different on non ThankYou point earning cards.
