The Fine Print

• Offer valid until October 31, 2019 for memberships purchased with Discover card between October 1, 2018 and October 31, 2018.
• Discover card must be used for payment.
• Cardmember must purchase Club membership online through the link specified HERE or in club with promo code 11863 between October 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018.
• $5 statement credit will be applied each calendar month a purchase is made between November 1, 2018 and October 31, 2019.
• Statement credits will be applied within 10 weeks of the purchase date.
• Discover is not responsible for merchant delays in processing transactions.
• This offer is non-transferable.
• Excludes Sam’s Club Gas Station purchases.

Our Verdict

Other people have a slightly different deal where you get a $25 statement credit for purchasing a membership by December 31st, 2018. No ongoing spend is required (promo code for that is 11862). If you do sign up for either offer don’t forget to do the treasure hunt for additional freebies. The best membership deal we usually see is pay $35 and get $25 in Sam’s club gift cards and $18 in food items. It might make sense to do that deal instead of this one, but really up to you (and that deal isn’t currently available)
