Our Verdict
You can use the code without using pay over time, so that’s good. Nice deal, wait until tomorrow and get 10% back in eBay bucks as well. Don’t forget to also go through a portal (or use our affiliate link). Finally if you have the Citi Paypal deal then you can combine that as well.

This is with PayPal Credit, not PayPal. Still working today.
The code works with both PayPal and PayPal Credit. It even works if you use eBay gift cards for all the remaining balance and charge nothing to PayPal credit / balance / credit cards / bank accounts – but you need to have the transaction going through PayPal, even if it’s a zero.
I discovered something similar. i didn’t enter a code, and it came up with a red error message saying ‘method of payment needs to be either Paypal or Paypal Credit.’
I wasn’t expecting to see this and selected “Paypal” instead and the discount still applied.
As an added bonus, the confirmation screen said that I would be getting ebay Bucks on the higher amount.
Definitely a good deal!
This code applied normally last night, but I wasnt ready to purchase. And now it just tells me “Unfortunately this code no longer works”. Jeez
Hey, using Paypal credit is completely different with using Paypal…….
