The Fine Print

Promotion starts at 5:00AM PT on November 3, 2017, and ends at 11:59PM PT on November 4, 2017. Extra eBay Bucks can only be earned on every single item purchased that meets the minimum purchase requirement specified in the offer (a “Qualifying Purchase” or “Qualifying Parts & Accessories Purchase”). Promotion is valid on multiple Qualifying Purchases made within the Promotion Period.
Qualifying purchase excludes all items in the following categories: Classifieds, Business & Industrial, Real Estate, Gift Cards & Coupons (including eBay Gift Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital Gifts within that category), Bullion (within the Coins & Paper category), and eBay Motors (including Parts & Accessories).
Rewards are capped at $100 per transaction and $500 per Earn Period.

I got this email – first time I’ve (a) received and (b) noticed a decent eBay bucks promo.

Does every item purchased need to be $50 or more, or every purchase/order? I have several $15-20 items I was going to buy anyway, but I’ll need to think a bit to find anything over $50 unless there’s a way around the GC exclusion.

Sorry, I’m probably being dense/ignorant, but what does “from the same eBay listing” mean? From the same seller? From the same item # (ie if I buy a $20 item with Quantity=3)?
