Our Verdict
The only thing I love more than free food is free socks (when I was a kid I dreamed of being able to buy a new pair of socks every day – for some reason I love the feeling of a new pair of socks. Don’t worry I know I’m weird).
Portland, OR: Got this local reward back in September, redeemed, and got my socks in less than a month. They’re cute, fun, and pretty comfortable. The “one size” is about a men’s 8 (US).
I received mine last year… they were made in England… you need to be a certain level to qualify
I received the email for the free socks around 2nd week in January. The socks arrived almost 3 weeks later.
hmm i didnt get this email and im a fairly active local guide… oh well
I’m a level bazillion local guide and the only offer I’ve ever seen was a small bump to my Google Drive capacity… and that was years ago when I had just posted enough crap to get called a local guide.

Socks have been offered before to GG members in Europe. They’re considered to be the lowest tier of GG reward–tied with free digital magazine subscriptions
