Our Verdict

Don’t think there is any cap, keep in mind most bills can be prepaid so might be worth considering for some. This is one of the best store cards due to offers such as this.

Remember this is best buy points not cashback. They will auto redeem to reward certificates based on your auto redeem amount and expire 90 (I think) days after.
See your auto redeem amount here

if you are the lowest level member the highest you can stockpile is $20. If you get to elite or elite plus ($1500+ spend on card and or at best buy) you can stockpile until $500

Personally I don’t have a hard time and burn them on switch games.

Best Buy points are 90.5% of face value for me. 2% portal, 5% card (cash+) and 2.5% store rewards based on elite plus

Reward certificates can be used to buy prepaid gift cards, right?

Maybe. I’ve successfully used them to buy PlayStation Network cards in the past, and I have a friend who has used them in the past to purchase iTunes gift cards. But, even if you can buy gift cards, you lose out on one advantage of the certificates, that sales tax isn’t collected on the portion of the purchase that is paid for with them (at least, not in Wisconsin).
