[Targeted] Select Banks: Xfinity Mobile Make Two Purchases & Get $50 Cash Back [Chase, BofA, Regions, Suntrust & More]

The Offer

Check your bank login to see if you were targeted:

  • Get $50 back on Xfinity Mobile. Must active new service by 12/31/2018, must pay second bill no later than 03/01/2019

This offer comes around frequently. A number of banks use the same back end for these offers. This includes: Bank of America, Regions Bank, Suntrust Bank, BBVA, BB&T, PNC, Columbia Bank, Beneficial Bank, and Christian Community CU. You can read this post for more information. Now includes Chase as well.

The Fine Print

  • New residential customers only
  • Must order directly through Comcast or participating E-tailer only
  • Must sign up for Comcast service by 12/31/2018 and pay 1st bill by 03/01/2019
  • $100 cash back will be earned within 30 days of the 1st bill being paid
  • Valid one time only

Our Verdict

Says you need to active a new service in the fine print, but I wonder if that is actually enforced or not – in previous deals for example this was not enforced.

Would paying regular Xfinity Internet (non-Triple Play) bill as an existing customer trigger this offer?

Edit: This comment suggests it would

Re: BofA–this shows up on Amerideals all the time. I attempted to see if paying my Xfinity internet bill would trigger the credit. I got an email claiming that the deal was “in process”. However there as a follow up email saying I didn’t qualify:

Hi, $NAME, your Xfinity Home transaction did not earn cash back
While processing your cash back deal, we noticed your recent Xfinity Home purchase might not have met the cash back deal criteria (minimum purchase required, etc.). Please review the deal details, as it may still be active to earn cash back.

I tried Xfinity home last time around by paying my xfinity internet bill and did *not* get the cashback.

That’s another offer. I have both in BoA.

Not enforced, I have service with them and pay just 2 payments of $5 each towards a device and have received from $50 from both BOA, Regions & Chase offers in the last 6 months. So far the service has been a money maker for me due to frequency of this offer. Unfortunately I don’t have it on any of my accounts this time around 🙁
