Our Verdict
I was able to activate the offer even though I didn’t receive the e-mail, but I suspect I won’t be eligible for the bonus. As always, make sure to use something like cashbackmonitor to ensure you’re getting the best deal even with the bonus.

My account was not eligible but was able to add the offer fir my wife. So i guess if you have the “Activate” enable that means you are targeted.
William will probably get the bonus. I got a “Unfortunately, you are not eligible to activate this promotion.” message when I tried.
I was unable to activate this on either my own or my wife’s account, so I agree with coolpk — if you are actually able to activate the offer, you should be eligible for the bonus.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Not falling for these shenanigans again after being denied the $5 after spending the required amount at Walmart last time they had this offer. Sticking with eBates from now on. Cash back from my purchase yesterday morning posted in the afternoon. With TCB I’d be waiting weeks if not months and that’s if it even tracked properly at all.
Like Mr G, I cannot dissuade readers strongly enough about dealing with TopCashBack. They simply deny payouts, claim that you used ‘another channel’, and then provide no information about what that ‘other channel’ was or how you somehow clicked through there.
TopCashBack is a headache. I agree with Mr G: stick to the majors (Ebates, MrRebates and BeFrugal–to some extent). The others are copycats and must use subterfuge to profit.
