Our Verdict
Easy money. This is a targeted offer, probably sent to those who never used their Discover card with Paypal. Not sure why the bonuses are differing, possibly A/B testing.

Got an email from discover to link discover card to PayPal and get $10. Doesn’t seem to have spending requirements at all. Subject “want $10 cash back this holiday season?”

Just a reminder that you can link PayPal to Samsung Pay and use it for in-store purchases. It sounds like the $150 spend is cumulative, that you don’t need to hit it all at once.
Alas, I don’t seem to be in the targeted group.
