- Open only to individuals who (1) have an existing U.S. Venmo account (“Valid Account”), (2) are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (3) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (4) apply and are approved for the Venmo Debit Card or are current Venmo Debit Card holders and (5) receive an email or view an in-app banner from Venmo inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”)(eligibility for/those who receive the Rewards will be determined solely by Venmo) (“Eligible Participant”).
- ligible purchase is defined as every purchase made using the Card and finalized by the merchant during the Offer Period (defined below) in the following category: fast food restaurant (according to the Merchant Category Code (“MCC”) assigned by each merchant, their processor, and the credit card networks). Only acceptable MCC for this offer is 5814 Venmo is not responsible for assignment of MCC codes. As a result, Reward (defined below) will not be awarded if the MCC code assigned to a particular merchant does not fall within the fastfood restaurant category, even if you believe that the merchant is a fast food restaurant. Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) purchases that are marked as “pending“ in your Card account as of the end of the Offer Period, (2) purchases made at eligible merchants using a third-party delivery service, (3) ATM transactions, (4) gift card purchases, (5) any purchase or portion of a purchase that includes any payment method other than the Card, or (6) in-store cash withdrawals/cash back.
- “Offer Period”: Starts on May 24, 2023, at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on May 26, 2023 OR when a total of $155,000 USD (“Offer Limit”) has been redeemed by Eligible Participants in accordance with these terms and conditions, whichever is earlier..

Got the offer by email and also in the app. There was also 10% cashback offer for Subway. Hoping to stack them, activated both. I bought a $10 wrap in a Subway store and later 2x $10 gift cards by paying with the Venmo debit card — all in 3 separate transactions. Each has triggered the $5 (max) offer and it shows as pending.
Dang miss the chance to notice the 10% cashback at Subway

Yes, it worked for me at Raising Canes.
Speaking of Raising Canes. After I made a purchase at Subway, it showed as Raising Canes and then also as Dairy Queens. Very strange
