Topcashback has added an option to get 5% added onto your payout if you get paid with an American Express Reward Card instead of using the regular bank/Paypal method.
They’ve long offered similar bonuses (the amounts fluctuate) for getting paid out with a virtual Visa gift card. This new option is for a physical Amex gift card. While some will consider an Amex gift card harder to use up than a Visa gift card, the physical nature of this Amex gift card option might be appealing to some people.
There is a higher $25 minimum in order to request the Amex physical gift card payout option, as you’ll notice in the screenshot below.

The issue with Raise isn’t a tracking issue, and also this has nothing to do with us on our end. It is a validation check Raise didn’t complete prior to rewarding the declined cashback. I’m not sure if others have same issues, I have cashback from Dec and Jan stuck in Confirmed state. Usually these would move to Payable in 10 weeks. Wondering if they are intentionally holding on to cash at this time.
normal TPC behavior. File a not paid claim and if you look up one of the other TPC threads on this site you’ll see their rep telling everyone to email her. She responds and fixes/moves it along but gets so swamped it can take a few weeks.
