TCB is terrible. Spent $80 on Vitamin Shoppe and still no tracking notification 2 days later. Looks like I’m out $5 + 11% back I would have gotten. Yazing, iConsumer are much more reliable. I am done with TCB.
It looks like I’m going to have to reach out to TopCashBack to get this bonus, unfortunately. I made a legit (non gift card) purchase at 5:11 Eastern time (in the window) and got an email from TCB that the purchased tracked with a time of 8:11 Eastern time (outside the window). The cash back from the purchase ($.80) is pending but the $5 bonus isn’t. Annoying.

Same here, ordered at 4:10 pm eastern time and tracked at “08:10” with cashback pending from the merchant but not the $5 bonus. Weird thing is, I got the transaction notification at just after 7 pm eastern, I wonder if the 08:10 mean morning?
Hate to report this, but two of my purchases (Total $1100 at 13%) didn’t show up. Its been more than 72 hours and looks like I screwed up. Ordered thru iPad, I know should have ordered through PC. Anyone has an experience of opening a claim – do they research and honor it?
Your not the first to not have it register.. TCB is notorious for not paying out. I use other cash back sites and TCB shorts me all the time and their claim process is a nightmare. Strap in for a long fight for your dollars

Out of interest, do you use any sort of adblocker or anything else that might hurt with portal tracking?
Will – I didn’t use any Adblocker, I just used iOS devices to order(iPad and a iPhone). I have gotten cash back in the past when using a PC. Do you recommend any other cashback site fairly competitive similar to TCB.
Some people say ebates has better success tracking, as I don’t have any issues with TCB I rarely use ebates as the rates are generally worse.
Thanks! I used this offer to purchase the Google Home Mini for $29 that comes with a coupon for $25 off a future Walmart order, so the Home Mini was effectively free even after factoring in tax. I had to buy $6 of other things to get free shipping from Walmart, but it was stuff I needed anyway so that’s fine. Used one of the remaining $10 off $200 Amex gift card offers on one of my cards. I’ve used FREESHP17A for free shipping before and it doesn’t affect the payout. Ended up paying $203.95 – $3 back – $10 off – $5, or about $186 for a $200 GC that I was gonna get eventually. I end up just using these for random non-bonus spend here and there. Free money!

I did slightly better: bought $198 personalized gc with $2 shipping fee, used CYBER17 to waive purchase fee. Total was $200 even, and should trigger $10 + $5 + $3.
Hey Chuck. In my experience (I posted about this somewhere on the amex offer page when this round came out) the personalized ones with the lower shipping fee don’t track through topcashback.
That seems to be my case too. I had been wondering what was going on.
