Our Verdict

This deal is best for people booking cheap rooms/stays. You could try going through a portal as well, but I doubt that will work with this code (always worth trying though) – best rates here. Looks like you can also book an activity by calling in, if anybody gets that to work please let me know. I don’t expect this to last too long, enjoy!

they tricked us, the coupon seemed to work other times even thought it was accepted and applied but in the end it only removed 30 from one reservation.
F–h hotels, back to airbnib and other home stay engines. Hotels are just tricks and traps from their fake “sales” to their scamming “discounts” and “coupons”.
What a waste of time.
I much rather stay with with real people in authentic neighborhoods rather than deal with the whole scuzzy hotel biz.
To top it off it was offered by Tmobile the company that ruined MetroPCS

These no minimum hotel deals never last long.

But the benefits of this one were pretty modest. Through tonight, with an AMEX offer you can get 20%+ off with hotels.com gift cards, plus apply their discount codes (often 10%). So at less than $100, the hotels.com deal is better. You basically needed sub-$70 hotel rooms to see any material advantage with this offer.

I can’t get it applied anywhere, even at the example hotel. Methinks it’s dead.

Looks like the deal might be dead. I tried the code at some hotels where it was working before and got a message that said “Please provide a valid coupon code.” I was able to use it on one booking though.
