Chase, Citi & Barclaycard have all sent out targeted spending bonuses for Q4. I guess U.S. Bank didn’t want to be left out because they just sent out targeted offers as well. Can confirm I got the $25 after 4 x $25 online purchases for both US Bank branded cards (Cash+ and Cash Rewards). Nothing on the Elan cards =(
I did an last spring for 3X Amazon ($25.00 min) to get $25.00. It just settled last month. I am now doing 2500 points for setting up a bill to be paid automatically by the Elan Financial Services Visa. Example: Cell service debits this card each month. NOT a bill pay like a bank.

I got the same for the USB cash+. I selected bookstores and cellphones this quarter. Wondering if anyone can weigh in – Does 4x $25 purchases on either amazon or t mobile online bill pay count towards the bonus? Thanks so much!
I’m sure tmobile would count. 4 $25 bill pays for the price of 3 would be a nice way to suck it up
I got the same Club Carlson offer as @Skippy. I reached out to US Bank on Twitter as the terms for what counts as an “online purchase” weren’t clear. I asked if only specific merchant codes were eligible or if any online transaction such as paying a cable bill would work and was told: “After looking over the rules, it does seem that purchase or bill payment online will qualify however we do suggest you call 800.236.4012 for confirmation.”
I don’t have time to call tonight, but will report back when I eventually get around to it, unless someone else here has the same question and beats me to it.
Finally got around to calling US Bank. Representative said there is no merchant category code requirement. Any 4 transactions on any website for anything $25 or more works to trigger the offer.
I got similar offers on Club Carlson cards… Make four online purchases of $25 or more each and get 2500 points.
