The U.S. State department has lifted the level 4 global health advisory to ‘Do Not Travel’. This has now been replaced the standard system of individual countries having their own travel advisories. The tiers are as follows:
- Level 1: Exercise Normal Precautions
- Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution
- Level 3: Reconsider Travel
- Level 4: Do Not Travel
The level 4 global advisory was put into place on March 19th, 7 days after the global level 3 advisory was put in place.

Cute. Didn’t really pay attention or cared particularly though. The DoS’ advisories are wacky af. For example, half the Latin countries are like Lv 3 normally, which is far from the truth. I mean, sure, if you’re an obnoxious tourist that look for “adventure” in the most dangerous parts of the most dangerous city, I guess they’re “level 3”.

Really missing out by keeping the mindset ” I don’t like home workouts.” I used to be the same way, until this pandemic hit, then I adjusted and have seen amazing results.
It’s really not that bad.. just strive for 30 min of cardio every couple days.. get a basic elliptical machine (easy on the joints) and some free weights. Go for a walk 2-3x a day (maybe get a dog!). That plus a good diet, adequate sleep, less sugar, less stress… and a healthy credit score 😉 and you’re golden!

I think most don’t want people coming here and staying past the 30 / 90day visa and then expecting American taxpayers to pay for their room and board forever. Please share any other country in the world where you can visit, stay past your visa and have that government feed you, give you an apartment and education. I will be waiting to hear back.
