The United Kingdom has announced that they will begin welcoming fully vaccinating travelers from US & EU starting August 2nd, 2021 4AM. The announcement currently only covers England & Scotland. Travelers will still be required to do a test before arrival (within 72 hours) and then a second test on day two of their trip.
