The United mobile application is now showing pre-approved/pre-qualified offers for the Chase United Mileageplus card and these offers bypass the Chase 5/24 rule. The offers themselves should appear on the homepage and like other Chase pre-approvals that bypass 5/24 these offers will have a fixed APR.
