Wyndham: 7,500 Points For Essential Workers That Sign Up For Heroes Program Before 10/27

The Offer

  • Wyndham is offering 7,500 points to essential workers that signed up  www.wyndhamrewards.com/heroes prior to 11:59 p.m. ET on October 27, 2020.

The Fine Print

  • Points are being distributed today via email and must be claimed by November 18, 2020. Once claimed, recipients have 18 months to redeem. While workers must have opted into the campaign before today to receive the points, those who have yet to do so can still claim their complimentary Gold membership, thanks to an extension of the campaign through December 31, 2020. For more information, including full terms and conditions, visit www.wyndhamrewards.com/heroes.

Our Verdict

We posted about the heroes program, so hopefully some readers signed up for that and are eligible for these points.

I signed had signed up for the Heroes program prior to the deadline, but didn’t receive the 7,500 points email. I reached out last night via the Contact Us portion of their website and had the points credited by this AM! Thanks for posting about this Doc and heads up to anyone thinking that not getting the email meant that you weren’t targeted.

I didn’t signup because I am already diamond. 7500 points is worth a bit especially if you transfer to Caesars.

I signed up earlier this year thanks to your link, and activated my points. Thanks!

“Once claimed, recipients have 18 months to redeem.” I am guessing this means they have the same expiration policy as other Wyndham points (18 month expiration without activity, with a 4 year hard expiration), and not an 18 month hard expiration(?).
