- The promotional credit will be automatically applied within 48 hours to the Amazon account used to activate Alexa on the device. Amazon will send an email confirming application of the credit to the same email address. The promotional credit must be used within 14 days of issue. The promotional credit may only be used once and may not be combined with other offers. The promotional credit will not appear in Your Account, but can be viewed during checkout while placing the order for eligible items. The promotional credit applies to items sold and delivered by Amazon.com. Items sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if “fulfilled by Amazon.com” or “Prime Eligible.” The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $5.
