We have seen similar promotions for this plug for $5 before (here & here), I assume you can only get this pricing once? Even so, great deal.

Looks like it might be dead. I entered it on my account on the 8/31 and it worked, but I didn’t put the order through. I went to go order it today and I get the invalid code message. A secondary account was also valid on 8/31 and it also doesn’t work now.
Nada – amznplug AMZNPLUG –neither worked.
— I entered these codes in the checkout page where you choose shipping address, and where it asks/says: “Add a gift card or promotion code”. Correct?
— IF it starts working again, or works with another code, say so HERE, and those that have subscribed to new comments will get a notice via EMAIL (very cool feature, BTW).
— Separately, I am also trying to get the AMEX offer for $30 off a $60 order that is “sold and shipped by Amazon”, by using new AMEX points for part of the order. I’ve got DELTA Amex that I just put some points on, and I will see if I can apply those when the points show up later this month. Will Delta “mile points” work at Amazon?? Other Amex’s that I have are now all cash rewards instead of “points” instead, except for the Amazon business card, which won’t work for this offer.

Got ad banner. Neither upper nor lower case worked. Chatted and called, sent in screenshots multiple times without being seen by Amazon reps. Finally got a $20 credit for my troubles.
