Our Verdict
The Amex Platinum business card always gives 1.5x points on purchases $5,000 or higher, and this offer essentially gives an extra 1x. If you have large purchases to make, you can land up with 2.5x per dollar by taking advantage of this offer. Large tax payments are an easy option. Using this offer on smaller purchases will land up with 2x rewards (1x + 1x bonus). No luck for me getting targeted on this one.

Not targetted, although I opened my account just two months back and just got the signup bonus so not surprised.
Not targeted, and even if i was, i would not do it, for paltry 10,000 bonus. Would rather spend it on a new account bonus spend.
Didn’t get targeted but mediocre offer in my case as I have the BBP and will not be maxing the $50k anyway.
