Update 11/27/22: Offer is again/still showing for some via referral link
Update 8/1/22: Some people are now seeing the 90,000 offer via referral links. YMMV as most others see 60,000 there. Trying multiple times or a varying browsers/IP/VPN can sometimes can produce the offer. Do not post or solicit referrals in the comments. Some are finding this without needing a referral link as well.

Our Verdict
Previous best offer was 75k points + 20% on restaurants up to $250. This is offer is better depending on how highly you value Membership Rewards points. We would add this to our list of the best credit card bonuses.
