My friend’s account which is for buying stuff only got this. Time to steal his password and run rampant.

Strange. I’m continuously able to list up to 50 items per month with no listing fee…been that way for over a year now.

this is for Final value fee, not listing fee.

Mmm, they’re getting wiser: “… no final value fees … for up to five (5) sales that are … sold before the listing is automatically renewed for Fixed Price and Buy It Now listings or during the first listing period for auction-style listings.”

Not targeted oh well.
Would have been a good opportunity to list my 3 Sealed Usmint coins.

Not missing much, coins are excluded

That’s true but I managed to bypass that problem, the last time around when selling the palladium coins.

How? This time they appear to be excluding everything from the coins and paper money category. I don’t see any way around it. I have a few coins to sell

Can’t you list in the “Everything Else” category to get around this?

When there are eBay Bucks offers that don’t apply to gift cards if you purchase from a seller that listed the gift card in the “Everything Else” category you will get the eBay Bucks…

You had to be new when selling on eBay, or hasn’t been selling for a while. My friend’s account is for buying stuff only and got this.

Is there a way to be targetted? I used to get these offers often but I think ever since I sold over a certain amount (a few thousand), I no longer get these.

  ay

It would make sense that they’re trying to Target the sellers who have an account and don’t sell that much.
While the sellers that are making money they don’t care about.

Sorry. Don’t mean to sound dumb but this is for the final value fee. Like the 10% off they usually take from you.

I don’t sell on eBay often
